Hoola Hooping 2 - week Course

2 x 2 hour Friday evening sessions over 2 weeks.

Friday 3rd & 10th of February 2012, 7pm - 9pm, at Kings St Arts Centre, Studio 1, 357 - 365 Murray St (Entrance from both Kings st and Murray St)

Course Description

Join Clara Cupcakes as she teaches you the art of Hoola Hooping. Learn how to spin the hoop around your body with ease and get a great work out at the same time!

Never picked up a hoop or maybe you are a bit rusty with your basic technique in hooping, this beginner's workshop is for you. You will learn techniques as well as some great tricks to make you look like an awesome hooper in no time. 

As well as learning this impressive skill, you will be on your way to having rock hard hoop abs!
Hoola Hoops will be provided to use at the course, but please bring your own if you would like to learn how to train with them. Clara will also have hoops to buy if you want to take some home to practice with.

What to Wear

Comfortable clothing and comfortable flat shoes. Clothing which is not too loose is best. Stretch ware is recommended.  Bring along a bottle of water.
